Requirements

What You’ll Do:
  • Actively prospect and generate new real estate leads via networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with sellers, buyers, and investors.
  • Negotiate offers and assist in contract preparation to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve both individual and team success.
  • Embrace ongoing coaching and feedback to refine your sales and real estate skills.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous sales experience (real estate preferred, but not required).
  • Strong interest or background in real estate investing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-starter mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals and deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High integrity and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
