Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative to focus on high-volume cold calling across the U.S. This is a “smile and dial” style role, perfect for someone who enjoys the hustle of outbound lead generation and takes pride in creating opportunities through persistence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound cold calls to targeted businesses nationwide
Use ZoomInfo and internal tools to research and qualify potential clients
Identify new business opportunities in the drayage and freight space
Log outreach activity, calls, and notes in CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to pass off qualified leads
Maintain professionalism and rapport on every call
RequirementsMust-Haves:
Prior experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or drayage sales
Comfort making high-volume outbound cold calls daily
Understanding of drayage operations and industry terminology
Self-motivated and disciplined in a fully remote work environment
Excellent phone presence, interpersonal skills, and follow-through
