About the Opportunity:
We’re hiring individuals who want flexibility, growth, and purpose in their career. Licensed or unlicensed, we’ll provide the tools and mentorship to help you get started in life insurance sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work fully remote across the U.S.
  • Help families who have requested coverage information (no cold calling)
  • Match clients with plans from respected carriers
  • Protect what matters most to families
  • Optional path to build and lead your own agency

What We Offer:

  • Training and ongoing mentorship
  • Support for unlicensed candidates to become licensed
  • Flexible scheduling – part-time or full-time
  • Daily pay (commission only)

Compensation (Commission Only):

  • Part-Time: $1,500–$3,000/month
  • Full-Time: $3,000–$7,000+/month

  • Ready to earn a state license with guidance

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older, U.S. resident
  • Background check required
  • Computer, phone, and internet access

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we help with this)
  • Comfortable working remotely with internet access
  • Strong communication skills
