This full-time, hybrid role combines in-person roof inspections with sales responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity for a driven individual. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable climbing roofs, assessing damage, building strong customer relationships, and effectively closing deals. While roofing experience is a plus, we highly value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct thorough residential and commercial roof inspections. * Document roof conditions using photos, notes, and Acculynx CRM. * Provide accurate estimates and educate customers on various roofing solutions. * Present proposals, answer questions, and close sales efficiently. * Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. * Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate project details. * Attend training sessions to stay updated on roofing systems and industry best practices. **Requirements:** * Ability to safely climb ladders and walk on rooftops. * Comfortable with heights and working outdoors in various weather conditions. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Strong communication and sales skills. * Basic digital proficiency; knowledge of AccuLynx or other CRM platforms is preferred. . * Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
