Other Listed Responsibilities Meet or exceed quarterly and annual Spares budget with parts sales to the external customer base, which is comprised of OEM’s, Independents, end-users, and transit authorities.
Generate new sales opportunities with phone, written, and personal contact, and review sales methods and organization to implement changes as needed to meet market needs
Provides guidance to Sales Representatives on sales techniques and technical parts identification/information
Properly record account and customer activity in a way that allows team access and organization of key account information to utilize in sales growth
Recognize customer improvement opportunities and act accordingly with accounts to increase sales levels, assist team in identifying same trends within their customer base
Respond to customers inquiries for service parts, identification, and delivery.
Location of position: Moline, IL.
Job Duties As our Sales Representative – Spares, you will successfully increase sales levels of KONE Spares both regionally and nationally and promote product programs/ obsolescence solutions to the external customer base. You’ll also proactively manage customer relationships and opportunities from current and new customers in order to maximize KONE profitability. You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful strategic Sales, Business Development and/or Marketing experience to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred or equivalent work experience (preferred areas of study are Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications and Liberal Arts). Ability to conduct and coordinate virtual meetings
Ability to review original engineering listings, interpret job specifications and field surveys to ensure proper materials are provided to external customers

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $65,100– $89,540. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
