Theyre looking for motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join them in bringing peace of mind to homeowners in storm-affected areas. Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, youll be the face of our client in local communities. This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role where youll: Connect with homeowners in storm-affected areas Conduct roof inspections and property assessments Explain the restoration process and insurance benefits Guide customers into signing a restoration agreement Work closely with management and field teams to ensure successful project completion Youll be trained and supported every step of the way. This is a commission-driven opportunity with no cap on earnings the more effort you put in, the more youll earn. Compensation & Structure This role is performance-based with unlimited earning potential. Top representatives close multiple deals each month and quickly build strong incomes. Paid Training: $500 during your first 2 weeks Upfront Draw: $250 to help you get started Commission: 10% of profit per construction job Training & Support Were committed to your success.
