Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the 3PL sector. This individual should have strong relationship-building skills, a proven ability to hit sales targets, and the drive to help businesses solve their logistics challenges with our services.
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 base salary + commissions + benefits
Location: We have warehouses in Utah and South Carolina however Remote/Hybrid is available
Key Responsibilities Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads in target markets.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, from first contact through contract signing.
Understand client needs and present tailored 3PL solutions including warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution services.
Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in logistics and supply chain.
Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred (not required if experience is strong).
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
What We Offer $50,000 – $60,000 base salary, plus commission (salary dependent on experience)
