Job Description
Job Title: Wine and Spirits Representative
Reports to: District Sales Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Responsible for regular call frequency for new On Premise and retail accounts to sell volume and increase distribution.
· Build business relationships with new accounts and present professional sales presentations.
· Responsible for maintaining Route Accounting Software. Promote added value operational apps i.e. (Provi). This includes, but not limited to, inventory, code dates, surveys, software versions, etc.
· Responsible for checking emails and reports daily.
· Sell-in new placements and company priorities. Merchandise with paper P.O.S
· Work with the credit department to resolve credit issues including collecting past due balances.
· Responsible for managing customer orders, inventory levels, tasting events, changes in climate, competitive
activity and special promotional activities.
· Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the District Sales Manager and implementation of company
programs at retail level
- Responsible for being a resource for our customers to increase their business.
- Responsible for working some weekends and holidays.
· Responsible for any other tasks deemed necessary by Sales Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for selling.
Bar/restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
College Education but not mandatory.
