Roofing Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on self-generated business through direct prospecting, door-to-door outreach, and relationship building. The right candidate will be comfortable inspecting roofs, educating property owners, and closing contracts while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and other self-directed lead generation methods. Perform roof inspections (residential and commercial); must be comfortable walking on steep and low-slope roofs. Educate homeowners, building owners, and property managers on roofing needs, repair/replacement options, and insurance claim processes. Build strong client relationships and effectively close sales. Accurately track leads, inspections, and sales activities in CRM software. Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project completion. Qualifications: Prior roofing or construction sales experience preferred, but not required. We provide training for driven candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Highly self-motivated and organized, with a proven ability to manage time and prioritize effectively. Comfortable working on roofs and outdoors in various conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Compensation & Benefits: Commission-based pay structure with benefits.
