What You'll Be Doing
Knocking doors, generating leads, and closing deals. Inspecting roofs (with drone and tech support). Building lasting relationships with homeowners. Guiding clients through insurance and repair processes. Representing Provision Roofing with professionalism and pride.
What You Bring to the Table
Roofing or in-home sales experience? Even better. Competitive spirit and goal-oriented mindset. Strong closer with empathy and emotional intelligence. Self-starter who thrives in high-performance environments. Comfortable on roofs and working outdoors. CRM experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.

Uniforms, drones (with training/license), iPads, iPhones Advanced tech tools to streamline inspections and presentations
