Typical Day of an Outside Sales Representative You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day at apartment complexes (all leads are provided). During each appointment with the apartment complex, you will... Build rapport with property manager and maintenance team Walk through vacant units to assess opportunities Educate apartment staff on our services Book repairs
Reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work. Regular check-in with the Owner/supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong rapport skills and persistence.
