What You'll Do
Develop and expand relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, and contractors. Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Sell service agreements, maintenance contracts, and equipment replacement solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct site visits, client presentations, and proposals in collaboration with operations and estimating teams. Manage your sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding goals. What We're Looking For
B2B Sales Experience - Industry training is provided A self-starter who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, and building lasting client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business development mindset with proven ability to hit and exceed targets. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central Virginia. What's on Offer
