What You’ll Do Learn and master product knowledge for Frontier Internet DirecTV packages
Engage customers face-to-face to promote and sell services
Hit weekly monthly sales metrics for bonuses (see earnings below!)
Work closely with leaders to refine your pitch and strategy
Represent our client and Frontier Communications with professionalism
Commission Structure Growth Track (Average Earnings) ???? These are average numbers and many reps earn above this! Marketing Representative : $900–$1,000 per week → $47K–$52K/year
Account Manager : $1,100–$1,500 per week → $57K–$78K/year
Assistant Manager : $1,700–$1,900 per week → $88K–$99K/year
Branch Manager : $150K–$200K+ per year
