Responsibilities What you will need to do Have or obtain the General Lines Property and Casualty Licenses in Texas Have or obtain your Life and Health licenses in Texas Maintain your licenses Call all provided leads and do your best to provide them with the assistance they need to make an informed decision, and protect what is important to them. Be a team player and do all that you can to support and ensure the success of the agency owner and the district. As you succeed, we all succeed. Determine that all of your actions, on a daily basis will be performed with the highest ethical standards. Cut no corners and avoid all shades of gray. Always say what you are going to do (plan) and then do what you say. (execute with ethics) Treat your customers, team members and anyone that enters your circle of influence, with the utmost respect. Requirements Required of You: Always be looking for business during business hours. (Be creative and ask for referrals of every lead you call) Always put your family FIRST (If your family is happy, you will be happy. Happy people are more successful) We all have family. Property and Casual General Lines Licenses in Texas are required Life and Health Licenses in Texas will be required. If you do not have them now, you can get to work, but Life Insurance is a priority with Farmers and one of the most rewarding products we offer our customers.
