We are looking for a driven and well-connected Sales Professional with strong ties in Florida's event, hospitality, residential and commercial industries. The right candidate will focus on bringing in new contracts, building long-term client relationships and expanding IPS Security's footprint statewide.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities with event organizers, venues, property managers and corporate clients Leverage existing network of industry contacts to generate leads. Conduct client meetings, presentations and proposals Collaborate with the Florida Branch leadership team to develop custom security solutions for clients. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications
Proven B2B Sales Experience (preferably in security, events, or staffing industries) Strong existing network of potential clients in Florida Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the security industry is a PLUS  but not required.
