Sales Representative

: As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carriers, and ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while driving growth within the logistics network. Key duties include acquiring new customers, calculating freight quotes and profit margins, monitoring shipment progress, resolving delivery issues, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and carriers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or two years of equivalent work experience
Minimum of one year of experience in logistics business development or completion of related training program
Strong sales acumen with the ability to acquire and grow customer relationships
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and general office technology
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
