Our Inside Sales Representatives working together with various other departments are responsible for building custom move plans tailored to the individual needs of our customers.You will be required to:· Understand and overcome objections.· Identify items/services of key importance.· Follow up with your shippers.· Properly setup and communicate the scope of work for the move*Qualifications:*Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience.Prior experience in the moving Industry is a plus.*Requirements:*· Ability to work as a team· Detail Oriented· Excellent verbal and communication skills· Ability to multi-task· Organizational Skills· Positive Mindset· Strong Closing SkillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Paid training* Referral program* Vision insuranceCompensation Package:* Bonus opportunities* Commission paySchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
