Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-site) Benefits: Company provides full benefits Pay Range: $60,000 – $80,000 base + commission (estimated total compensation $100,000 – $120,000, uncapped)
Position Overview The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for the organization’s products and services. This individual will take a proactive, consultative approach to sales—focusing on creating relationships and delivering solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. The ideal candidate will be a true hunter who thrives in a B2B environment, particularly with technical or professional services. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social selling. Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and close. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client onboarding. Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product developments. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technical, or professional services. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general business software tools. Ability to understand complex client challenges and translate them into actionable solutions. Soft Skills: Clear and concise communicator. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Low ego, receptive to feedback, and collaborative. Confident decision-maker. Skilled at relationship-building and consultative selling. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office setting in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers will be used regularly. Confidentiality and professionalism are required at all times. Travel: Minimal to none.
