Requirements
Previous sales experience, ideally in equipment, industrial, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
Sales Representative Summary
In this role, you'll drive new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and play a key part in our expansion into the small construction equipment market alongside forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through 10-20 cold calls daily, networking, and other proactive outreach efforts.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and engaging product demonstrations.
Collaborate closely with service and management teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and provide regular progress reports.
Support company growth as we expand into small construction equipment sales.
Demonstrate initiative and business acumen to position yourself for future leadership opportunities.
