Responsibilities What you will need to do Have or obtain the General Lines Property and Casualty Licenses in Texas Have or obtain your Life and Health licenses in Texas Maintain your licenses Call all provided leads and do your best to provide them with the assistance they need to make an informed decision, and protect what is important to them. Be a team player and do all that you can to support and ensure the success of the agency owner and the district. As you succeed, we all succeed. Determine that all of your actions, on a daily basis will be performed with the highest ethical standards. Cut no corners and avoid all shades of gray. Always say what you are going to do (plan) and then do what you say. (execute with ethics) Treat your customers, team members and anyone that enters your circle of influence, with the utmost respect. Strive to be in the top 20% of the rankings at all times. Track your numbers and improve yourself. It is not about competing with your team, it is about doing better than you did the day before.
Requirement Required of You: Always be looking for business during business hours. Property and Casual General Lines Licenses in Texas are required Life and Health Licenses in Texas will be required.
