Position: Sales Representative (Shop-at-Home Flooring Specialist) Location: Snohomish County, WA (Marysville HQ + surrounding cities)
Jay’s Flooring LLC is one of the fastest-growing independent flooring companies in Washington. We specialize in shop-at-home flooring solutions — bringing carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile directly to our customers’ doors, backed by our Warranties.
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Professional to join our team. If you have a passion for helping homeowners, great communication skills, and the drive to succeed, this is your opportunity to grow with us. Compensation: $50,000 to $200,000 Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Run shop-at-home appointments (leads are provided) Educate homeowners on flooring options (carpet, LVP, laminate, hardwood, vinyl, tile) Provide accurate in-home quotes and close sales Manage customer relationships from quote to project completion Follow up with leads consistently (our top reps follow up 18+ times before closing) Collaborate with our installation and operations team to ensure a smooth process for every customer Qualifications: Previous sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred, but not required — we provide training) Strong communication and customer service skills Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with customers in their homes Team player willing to learn and grow About Company Jay's Flooring LLC Founded by Cesar and Carley as an independent installer 13 years ago, we proudly transitioned to a retail storefront in 2020.
