Sales Representative/Store Manager


At Fireplace Gallery, we are committed to delivering high-quality home comfort products, from luxurious fireplaces to refreshing outdoor living spaces. We are seeking a Sales Representative and Store Manager responsible for generating new business opportunities, including sales prospecting, building a sales pipeline, and store management.

The idea candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching and following up on leads, starting new relationships, and setting up our company for success and must have strong communication skills and the ability to showcase our product offerings in a compelling way.

Objectives of this Role


Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products
Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers
Create estimates and follow up with customers
Proactively seek new business opportunities within the builder community and other local businesses and promote company products and services
Identify marketing opportunities needed to promote our company and products
Follow up with leads on a consistent basis and track progress
Meet or exceed established sales goals
Participate in special events and trade shows
Understand and demonstrate a level of expertise in our products
Maintain the overall condition of the store and ensure products are effectively showcased
Customer relationship management with existing and new customers

Qualifications


3+ years of sales and management experience
Strong negotiation and sales closure abilities
Superior time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong team leadership and mentoring abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Ability to create and cultivate new relationships
Ability to promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals
Excellent computer skills
Degree in business or marketing a plus
