Sales & Service Representative | Full Time | Temp-to-Hire | $20-$25/hour | Boothwyn, PA Our client, a local HVAC distributor, is seeking an experienced customer service and sales professional for their Sales & Services Rep position. The perfect candidate should have a sales background and technical knowledge of HVAC/R products is preferred. A day in the life of a Sales & Service Rep: Evaluate customer needs over the phone and via email Provide excellent verbal and written communication. Configure product based on customer specifications. Create quotations, including notes, exceptions, specific instructions, etc. Order processing, follow up on order status, returns, etc. Marketing support on vendor specials, price increases, etc. Collect and update CRM data. Requirements for the Sales & Service Rep: Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Technical knowledge of HVAC/R products preferred but not required Willingness to learn Effective team player that works well with others Solid computer skills required; including knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, etc), Quickbooks preferred.
