Our innovative infrared camera technology enables visualization and quantification of gas emissions, supporting environmental compliance and operational efficiency. Position Summary
We are seeking a Gas Monitoring Solutions Specialist to drive sales and market expansion across Colorado and surrounding states . This role combines direct B2B sales , distributor development , and technical solution delivery in the oil & gas, biogas, and utility sectors. Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase infrared gas detection capabilities. Negotiate and close sales contracts. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Distributor Development
Recruit and onboard qualified distributors in assigned territories. Train and support distributor partners to ensure effective sales execution. Monitor distributor performance and provide ongoing guidance. Customer Success & Technical Support
Lead solution delivery, customer onboarding, and training. Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in oil & gas, utilities, or environmental technology. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving business growth. Experience with capital equipment sales and distributor management is a plus. Skills & Competencies
Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills (., SPIN Selling). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of gas detection technologies and environmental regulations (methane/VOC) is highly desirable. Global Competencies
