Key Responsibilities: Exceed personal sales targets through effective selling techniques. Enthusiastically promote our Music & Arts lesson program to attract students. Build strong networks within local schools, churches, and community organizations to enhance business opportunities. Develop lasting customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations using training skills. Provide outstanding customer service to every visitor. Encourage and foster customer loyalty. Engage in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, display management, and store upkeep. Maintain store security protocols including managing keys and personal alarm codes.
