: Inspire Customers: Proactively engage with shoppers on the sales floor, demonstrating the client’s products and showcasing their value.
Empower Associates: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for Nebraska Furniture Mart sales associates on the features, benefits, and sales techniques for the client’s products.
Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the client’s products through direct customer interaction and by empowering retail associates.
Build Relationships: Forge strong, collaborative relationships with retail management and sales associates to ensure the successful promotion of the client’s products within the store.
Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the client as a passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable brand ambassador, creating a positive and memorable experience for everyone you interact with.
Maintain Product Expertise: Stay up to date on all new client products, features, and technology to provide accurate and compelling information.
Effective Merchandising: Ensure all client product displays are well-maintained, stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers and drive sales.
Provide Insights: Report on sales performance, market trends, and feedback from customers and store associates to help refine strategies.
Qualifications

A strong passion for technology and a solid understanding of the client’s product ecosystem
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Must be tech-savvy and own a smartphone
Availability to work weekend shifts is required for this seasonal role
