The Allison Hanig-Landrus Agency Inc with American Family Insurance looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Specialist to join our team and help protect what matters most to our customers. As a Sales Specialist, you’ll market and sell American Family Insurance products, create strong relationships with customers, and bring our brand to life through community involvement. You’ll have the tools, resources, and freedom to succeed—and the earnings potential to match your ambition.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Growth
Sell insurance solutions to new and existing customers.
Build your network through leads, referrals, and your own creative prospecting.
Create and deliver personalized quotes and winning presentations.
Conduct account reviews and find opportunities to cross-sell.
Meet (and crush) your sales goals while following underwriting guidelines.
Marketing & Outreach
Develop bold marketing strategies that get attention and drive leads.
Manage our social media presence and digital advertising.
Track results and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.

Community & Brand Building

Position Type: Agency staff member (not an employee of American Family Insurance) Work Environment: Office-based with hybrid options; flexibility to be in the community—attending events, networking, and meeting clients face-to-face—to create and grow sales opportunities; occasional evenings/weekends for special events. Driver’s license required. Location: Minnesota/Wisconsin licensing required.
