- Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned specialist areas.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and systematically convert leads into long-term clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by closing high-value deals and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Focus on B2B sales within the healthcare sector, working with key decision-makers to secure new accounts.
- Leverage a deep understanding of healthcare services, digital health solutions, and value-based care models to craft tailored sales strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals to establish trust and credibility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- Work closely with providers, CMS, and digital health stakeholders to position Sciometrix as an industry leader.
- Maintain and grow a strategic book of business, ensuring client retention and repeat business.
- Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of Sciometrix’s clinical services and technology platform.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to specialist providers and healthcare organizations.
- Highlight how Sciometrix’s solutions can reduce hospital readmissions, optimize care delivery, and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay up to date on healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and meaningful use standards.
- Educate clients on how Sciometrix’s solutions align with and support these industry standards.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to refine and enhance sales tactics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare, with a track record of generating $5 million+ in annual revenue.
- Proven Ability to Exceed Sales Quotas: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Industry Network: Must have an established book of business with strong existing relationships in Nephrology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, FQHCs, and Hospitals.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
- Negotiation Closing Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts, handling objections, and closing high-value deals.
- Tech-Savvy Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn new digital health products, platforms, and emerging healthcare technologies.
- Proactive Self-Motivated: Must be highly driven, able to work independently, and passionate about healthcare innovation.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationally and locally as needed to meet with clients and close deals.
- Credible References: Ability to provide strong professional references that validate past performance and achievements.
