We have an opening for a full-time Sales Support Administrator. This vital role provides direct support to the sales manager, sales team, and other internal and external customers. Essential responsibilities for our Sales Support Administrator include:
* Update and process weekly, monthly, and yearly sales team performance measures.
* Audit, process and report on sales department payroll, incentive programs and commission ledger balances.
* Maintain appointment schedules for Sales Representatives.
* Work with other departments in support of customer sales issues, scheduling, and ad hoc report requests.
* Maintain, update, and assist in the development of all sales team training and presentation materials, department guides, and process manuals.
* Manage all utility rebate programs, manufacturer's rebate programs, and retail financing programs.
* Plan and organize sales team events such as banquets, special meetings, and training.
* Manage all sales literature, both print and digital, and order marketing print materials as needed for the Sales Department.
* Manage all Sales Department clothing orders.
* Follow-up calls to customers as directed by the Sales Manager.
* Provide backup to other office roles.
* All other duties as assigned.
* This is an in-office role, first shift hours.
* High personal integrity and desire to serve others.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong customer service and sales skills with 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Extraordinary attention to detail and processes.
* Exceptional organization, time management and follow-through abilities.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Outlook, and Teams required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
