Sales Support Assistant We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing customer tasks and orders. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working closely with the operations team to understand our products and effectively communicate with customers, primarily through email and occasionally over the phone. Responsibilities: Support sales and operations teams with customer tasks and orders. Collaborate with the operations team to gain a thorough understanding of the products. Communicate with customers on a weekly basis, primarily via email. Handle 5 to 15 phone calls daily, focusing mainly on forwarding and administrative tasks. Essential Skills: 3 years of sales support or customer service experience. Proficiency in data entry and order entry. Strong customer service skills. Experience with ERP systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Administrative experience is beneficial. Comfortable working with sales and operations teams. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
