Join our client’s team as a Sales Support Coordinator in Richfield, Ohio. This is a non-exempt position, fully onsite Monday–Friday. Salary is $50K–$60K with potential to advance into a sales role within 2–3 years.

What You’ll Do

Support Sales Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Handle calls with customers and prospects for sales and service

Process sales paperwork, orders, and account updates

Manage customer data using Oracle, CPQ, and HubSpot CRM

Assist with dealership transfers, seat adjustments, and cancellations

Respond to leads from marketing campaigns and make outbound calls

Work across departments to coordinate sales functions

Join sales meetings and product training sessions

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales support or account management (automotive a plus)

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional and customer-focused approach
