AICA Orthopedics is seeking a versatile Sales Support & Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to our Chief Growth Officer while managing sales support operations. This dynamic role combines executive-level assistance with growth marketing and sales coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties Manage Chief Growth Officer's calendar, travel, and meeting coordination Prepare executive presentations, reports, and strategic documentation Handle confidential communications and correspondence Coordinate board meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive events Manage special projects and follow-up on strategic initiatives Sales Operations & Growth Marketing Maintain Salesforce CRM system and generate performance reports Process and qualify leads, coordinate sales team activities Support digital marketing campaigns and track conversion metrics Analyze growth marketing performance and ROI across channels Coordinate trade shows, events, and partnership development Strategic Support Assist with market research and competitive analysis Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships Track key growth metrics and prepare executive dashboards Coordinate cross-functional projects between sales, marketing, and operations Qualifications
Required 3+ years executive assistant or senior administrative experience Experience with growth marketing campaigns and digital marketing tools Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation Advanced Microsoft Office skills and project management tools Strong organizational, communication, and discretion abilities Proven ability to manage confidential information and executive-level tasks Preferred Healthcare or B2B growth marketing experience Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing platform experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Previous experience supporting C-level executives Success Metrics Executive calendar management efficiency and meeting preparation quality Growth marketing campaign performance and lead conversion rates CRM data accuracy and sales reporting timeliness Strategic project completion and stakeholder satisfaction Contribution to overall growth and revenue targets What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with performance bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Clear advancement opportunities Collaborative team environment Requirements
