Base Pay: $15.00-$30.00/hr based on experience (Part-time: 20-40 hours per week)

You Will:

  • Collect and track upcoming industry conference schedules from 50-70 executives.
  • Identify likely attendees and use data scraping tools to gather contact details.
  • Coordinate with appointment setters and executives to schedule discovery meetings.
  • Research and confirm meeting logistics such as hotels and conference rooms.
  • Use tools like Plaud AI to capture and upload meeting notes and transcripts into HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the HubSpot CRM consultant to support implementation and maintain data quality.
  • Conduct lead generation across key market segments including insurers, employers, and risk-focused businesses.
  • Provide ad-hoc sales support for Lewis & Ellis and affiliated companies, including Huggins Actuarial.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, workloads, and project demands.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools; experience with HubSpot or ChatGPT is preferred.
