Sanhua is looking for a Sales Support intern to join our team in our Houston office. A successful Sales Support intern will utilize their high energy and strategy to provide excellent customer service. The Sales Support intern handles client orders from origination to invoicing and maintains and builds customer relationships by providing client updates on products, services, and orders. While serving as a liaison between warehouse and finance. Your goal is to deescalate customer complaints and provide prompt and timely feedback to clients.
Requirements:
Pursuing bachelor's degree in supply chain, or related field Effective communication is essential, should be able to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, customers, sales, etc. via verbal & written. ERP system knowledge is a plus, familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel and data analysis Be able to analyze data and make informed decisions Critical thinking to find and solve to problems efficiently. Possess a sense of urgency. Attention to detail Must be able to adapt and work in face-paced environment.
