Account Management:  You will learn and support our unique Account Management sales process across Oxford's various divisions. You will learn and understand the critical skills clients in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors regularly look for when hiring consultants. You will sell Oxford and our value proposition to critical decision makers within organizations that utilize our services. Hands-On Experience : You will gain practical experience in conducting business-to-business sales. You will learn to network an organization utilizing various sales approaches and technology – phone calls, emails, text, Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn – to foster and grow Oxford’s relationships within current and new organizations.
