Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedSales Support Leaderto join our team. This position is pivotal in supporting our customers, reseller channel partners, and outside sales team through high-level administrative support and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support or customer service, demonstrate a solid understanding of the sales cycle, and have the ability to learn and recommend our product line. We are looking for someone to be the GO TO person for all our sales support staff. This isnota sales role or a path into sales rather, it is a critical support position withleadership potential and room to growwithin the organization. We are looking for someone who can contribute meaningfully from day one and grow into a leadership role as we continue to expand. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and manage customer orders with minimal supervision Maintain and update CRM system, including tracking sales opportunities Provide timely and professional communication with internal account managers and executives Learn and understand our product line to provide basic product recommendations to customers and resellers Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery and communication of tracking information Review open orders and respond to specific customer needs to ensure satisfaction and timely service Stay informed on new product releases and features and communicate these effectively to customers Required Qualifications Bachelors degree required (Marketing or Business Preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support and/or customer service Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment Leadership qualities and interest in professional development and career growth Benefits Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonus potential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 15 days of Paid Time Off (vacation and sick) 1012 Company-paid holidays annually Team-focused, family-owned company culture Opportunities for professional development and advancement Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Sales support: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Plano, TX 75074 (Required) Work Location: In person
