As a Sales Support Manager within PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in any location listed as well as other locations within the PNC footprint will also be considered. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Additional Details:

  • As a Sales Support Manager within PNC's Treasury Management organization, will be responsible for managing a group of Account Managers (currently 6 direct reports) across multiple PNC locations
  • Team primarily tasked with providing support for sales activities associated with complex relationships and complex sales opportunities, including but not limited to conducting company research, preparing presentation and proposal materials, assisting with pricing activities, and providing implementation oversight.
  • Will be responsible for working with individual Treasury Management Sales Leaders to prioritize and allocate team resources based on team capacity and relationship or opportunity complexity while enhancing overall sales capacity.
  • Additional responsibilities will include training, development, and coaching of existing staff, hiring of new staff as needed, and establishing and maintaining consistent tools and practices.
  • Prior treasury management experience is strongly preferred.
