What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our team, you’ll support sales and operations by ensuring customer orders and communications run smoothly. Your day will be a mix of order processing, customer support, and behind-the-scenes admin tasks that keep the sales team moving.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer inquiries and monitor high-volume email accounts.
Process and track orders in QuickBooks with accuracy.
Log and update customer interactions and follow-ups in HubSpot.
Assist the sales team with quotes, shipments (including booking LTL freight), and customer service.
Support walk-in customers and coordinate with operations/shipping as needed.
Jump in to help with miscellaneous office tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, order entry, admin, or customer service .
Familiarity with QuickBooks and HubSpot preferred .
Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Bonus Points: Experience working with builders, contractors, or developers.
Knowledge of plumbing or building products.
