The Role We are seeking a Detailer/Estimator to join the Greater Philadelphia team. This individual will handle sales support, estimating, detailing, and project management for Division 8 commercial door and hardware projects. The role focuses on quoting door and hardware schedules, producing shop drawings through Avaware, and managing projects from order through delivery. With business flowing in at a rapid pace, this is not a heavy prospecting role, you'll be managing incoming demand and ensuring accurate, timely execution of projects.

Key responsibilities include: Reviewing specifications and preparing accurate estimates and take-offs. Generating shop drawings and coordinating with contractors and builders. Supporting project management and order fulfillment. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. Leveraging software tools such as Avaware and Epicor BisTrack.
