Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales Support Representative II to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting the sales process. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering relationships with both domestic and international clients, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with various teams to fulfill customer needs, including lab scientists, marketing, and sales. Serve as the primary contact for customer order fulfillment, handling sales, technical support, and CRM data entry. Manage and update customer information in ERP and CRM systems. Support sales efforts for both international distributors and domestic customers. Handle lead management, follow-up, and opportunity closing within the territory. Engage in business process improvement initiatives to drive organizational change.
Skills Required: 1-2 years of experience in account management, marketing, sales, or customer service. Familiarity with order management/ERP software like Sage or SAP. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in life science or a business-related field is preferred.
