What You’ll Do

On the phones establishing rapport— You're the voice of our business—make it count.

Convert inbound interest into booked appointments

Place outbound calls to warm, qualified leads
No cold calling. Just high-converting opportunities.

Manage and follow up on leads from multiple channels
TV, radio, Facebook, SEO, direct mail—you’ll work them all.

Track performance and hit daily goals

What You Bring to the Table

Proven success in a sales or call center environment

Confidence, charisma, and a persuasive personality

Ability to multitask across systems while engaging customers

Tech-savvy with 40+ WPM typing speed

A competitive mindset and hunger to exceed goals

High school diploma or equivalent
