Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Support Representative that comes from a customer service or customer facing background to increase brand awareness, sales, and customer service experience. Our Sales Support Representative’s will be able to educate new and existing customers of our clients products and services offered to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, engaging, and enjoy interacting with others. The Sales Support Representative will provide their product expertise to promote a positive customer experience and leave each customer with satisfaction.

Sales Support Representative Responsibilities: Engage with customers on a daily basis Build and maintain relationships with managers Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers Accurately track and communicate all activity with the team Provide feedback on various factors regarding market research and customer insights Communicate with the marketing team and other team members frequently Perform other job-related duties as required
