$50,000 Annually
About the Role:
The Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our customers get their orders delivered accurately and on time. In this role you will be expected to support our web sales division by quickly reacting to customer needs and providing proactive communication via phone, chat and Teams Calls. You will work cross functionally within ParsonsKellogg to ensure a seamless customer experience from order entry through delivery. As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into one of our key divisions: Corporate Gear, Health Gear, Game Day Gear, or Team Division. Responsibilities:
Provide customer support for our web store customers via email and phone in a timely manner.
Proactively review orders daily and communicate with customers on any issues that could arrive, provide alternative solutions to meet their needs.
Deliver an exceptional experience every time to every consumer who reaches out to us.
Work with team members to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
Actively participate in projects to assist Merchandise team with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Customer Service experience
Associate, Technical, College work preferred
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to draw conclusions from data and drive action
