We are currently hiring for Sales Support Specialist - Retail Division -

We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Retail Division - a vital role supporting the sales engine behind our beloved brands One Fine Chicken and Easy Street.
This isn't your average support gig. Here, you'll help bring crave-worthy chicken and elevated ready-to-cook products to tables across the country by keeping our sales team running smooth and our retail partners happy. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Retail Sales Team in managing customer accounts and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of poultry products.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product data in internal systems.
- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and customer presentations as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve order discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with new item setup, promotional planning, and inventory tracking.
- Monitor and communicate product availability, lead times, and any changes in production schedules.
- Support trade shows, product demos, and customer visits as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support in the food manufacturing industry.
- Ability to travel nationally, 30% of the time to go to customer sites and trade shows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with customer-facing systems a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the retail grocery industry and poultry products is a plus.
- Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
