As a sales support specialist, you will have a direct impact in the critical business-related activities to help AWC and its management team be successful. You will be responsible for managing all administrative duties for AWC’s Austin Sales and Operations teams and will report to the Inside Sales and Operations Manager. You’ll be an integral part of our Austin, TX team with business impact across the Austin area.
How you’ll make an impact: Coordinating building maintenance requirements
Manage building usage, coordinate trainings sessions
Scheduling internal and external events
Coordinate purchases of materials, ensure invoices are routed properly
Manages budget for consumable materials in office
Provide primary support for receiving phone calls
Purchase and manage sales demo material
Customer maintenance functions such as weekly order reports, and proactive expediting
Manage promotional item purchasing and inventory
Coordinate safety council training as needed
Receive invoices, order supplies, and other miscellaneous fiscal duties
Coordinate with technology partners on KPIs
Coordinate with marketing team on initiatives
Assists with sales reporting
Assists with coordinating meetings and communication among staff through various communication methods Skills you’ll need: 2+ years’ experience or equivalent in administrative or executive support level role
Excellent business acumen and ability to prioritize and make sound judgment
Observe and maintain confidentiality as necessary
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint proficiency
Strong work ethic and ownership mentality
Teamwork mentality and positive attitude
