Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level What you will be doing: (1st Shift) Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, providing recommendations, tracing order status or product shipmentsVisit customers independently and work with Territory Managers collaboratively as needed to achieve sales goalsMaintain and build customer relationships while finding solutions to resolve customer issuesPerform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phoneEnsure ongoing accuracy of customer and product informationStay informed on present and future policies, practices, and trends within the organization and marketPrepares analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales processProvide support for Proposals and Cylinder auditsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required
Prior Sales Support experience is preferred
Industrial gas or welding experience is preferred
Effective communication and active listening skills
