We’re seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Sales Support Specialist to help our sales team deliver exceptional service and close deals efficiently.

What You’ll Do: Support sales reps in identifying the right products and accessories for customers. Provide cost, freight, and availability details to the sales team. Negotiate best prices and shipping terms with vendors and manufacturers. Manage orders from purchase to delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, payment, and shipping details. Communicate order status, tracking, and payment info to clients. Collaborate with accounting to process purchase orders and payments.

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational qualification. 2+ years in sales or sales support. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Bilingual – English/Spanish (required).
