SCOPE:

The Sales and Operations Support Specialist (Agency Support) will provide essential assistance to the sales and marketing team. This role involves leveraging Salesforce expertise to manage data, support client interactions, and ensure adherence to established SOPs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in auto insurance, focusing on agency operations such as policy management and client education.

This is a remote opportunity, and the ideal candidate will be seated in the Miami Dade or Broward Country area.

DUTIES :

Key Responsibilities Educate clients on auto insurance options (e.g., liability, collision, comprehensive) and recommend tailored coverage based on their needs, vehicles, and driving profiles.indeed.com Manage Salesforce CRM for tracking leads, updating client records, generating reports on sales performance, and analyzing data to optimize operations. Evaluate and renew existing auto insurance policies, recommending additional features like gap insurance or anti-theft discounts, while maintaining confidential documentation. Collect client risk profiles and prepare detailed reports on policy performance, claims processing, and business endeavors to stakeholders.resources.workable.com Support operational tasks per SOPs, including checking insurance claims, replenishing job-specific knowledge, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, focusing on client-focused solutions in the auto insurance space. Contribute to team goals by appraising customer demands, fulfilling policy obligations, and staying updated on industry trends in auto insurance. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Proven track record in insurance sales or support, with specific experience in automobile insurance plans. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including automation, dashboards, and integration for sales and ops support.salesforce.com Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, calculate premiums/deductibles, and perform quick mathematical operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations. Patience and goal-oriented mindset for handling customer queries and achieving sales targets. Ability to work with computers and standard statistical tools; experience with client-focused CRM systems beyond Salesforce is a plus. High school diploma required; BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
