Title: Sales Support Specialist We’re expanding our sales team and seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to support our sales operations and key accounts. This role blends customer-facing interaction with behind-the-scenes organization, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and structured project work. Key Responsibilities: Account & Sales Support Assist Sales Director and Leadership in managing key domestic and global accounts Sharing pricing, tracking opportunities and support sample requests Prepare client meeting agendas and follow ups Data & Reporting Run customer sales reports and track contracts in Microsoft Navision Maintain and analyze sales data in Excel/Google Sheets Salesforce: manage alongside Sales Director, add opportunities, contacts, run reports Lead Development Connect with new customer inquiries from website hits, trade shows and referrals Follow up on pricing, samples and information requests Upload and manage accounts in Salesforce until transitioned to sales team Events & Logistics Coordinate trade show and sales team travel logistics Manage supplies, shipments, registrations Support product demonstration inventory management Qualifications: Must have college degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Familiarity with Microsoft Navision, Google Sheets, and Salesforce a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues via phone, email, and Teams
