In this role, you will play a crucial part in building a successful sales team while providing exceptional service to our customers. Train and coach employees on company policies, procedures, and their specific job duties. Engage customers proactively and build lasting relationships to enhance their experience. Drive sales by effectively promoting tile and related products to exceed customer expectations. Learn and utilize knowledge of all store and warehouse operations for operational excellence. Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve and surpass sales goals. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the installation process and products to better educate customers. Monitor and track established store sales goals to ensure targets are met. Communicate product delivery updates to customers for transparency. Uphold professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand. Create schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel to ensure effective staffing. Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels effectively. Utilize sound business practices consistently. Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations. First-year income expected to be between $60K and $75K at target! Qualifications: Must be available to work on weekends. Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management. Demonstrated previous sales experience. Proven track record in building, developing, and motivating a successful sales team. Strong work ethic and a relentless drive to exceed expectations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment. Willingness to learn and grow from feedback. Positive attitude and a contagious enthusiasm for the business. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Sense of design: ability to mix various styles, colors, and textures. Basic mathematical and computer skills are required. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Experience in a related field is preferred, but not required.
